Mentorship Program

Welcome to the Spring 2024 Mentorship Program!

Applications closed on 2/1 at 11:59 P.M.

Every semester, ADI matches freshmen and sophomores with upperclass mentors to foster leadership and growth in computer science.

  • Mentors: if you feel like you have experience, knowledge, or skills that you would like to share with someone, we would love to pair you with a mentee! You will get to know them in the next few months through bonding events, workshops, professor lunches, and much more.

  • Mentees: *only undergrad* if you would like to be paired up with a mentor who can help you guide you through the CS curriculum at Columbia, recruiting, opportunities, and so much more, we will try our best to find a mentor who can provide those resources for you!
